My martyr cousins Shaheed Jatinderjit Singh Mandair on extreme right in the white shirt and with his brother Surinder Singh Mandair on the extreme left in the white shirt with friends at the Govt. College Ludhiana in 1969 1970 session..beforeb joining the Short Service Commission Indian Army he had finished his Pre Medical degree to join a medical college to be a doctor. Fate took him to be a commissioned officer and was sent direct to the front fighting infantry section to liberate Bangla Desh Pakistan. Died fighting for their freedom announced just days after when Pakistan Army surrendered and Bangla Desh was born.
